Our journey:
Our adventure began over a decade ago, with modest beginnings in the hospitality and entertainment industry. We sharpened our skills by managing thriving bars and producing amazing events, each bringing our own distinct talents to the table. Marco, with his culinary prowess and eye for design, and Keyvan, with his business acumen and marketing savvy, made the ideal team.
Feather and Heart:
In 2018, we made our dream come true by opening Feather & Heart, a trendy coffee shop and wine bar. This cosy haven quickly became a local favourite, thanks to Marco's wonderful dishes and Keyvan's savvy business and marketing strategies. But we craved for more—a space where we could share our love of cuisine, hospitality, and design.
Birth of Solus:
And thus Solus was born, the result of years of experience and a shared vision of culinary excellence. From concept to execution, every part of Solus displays our commitment to quality, creativity, and innovation.
